MASSAGE THERAPY SERVICES
THERAPUETIC / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue massage is a much firmer and direct pressure. This is full body massage (unless specified otherwise with focus on selected areas of the body) will assist in working out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate immediate pain as well as chronic joint and muscle. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. This massage is recommended for athletes, those who exercise or lift weights regularly, those who sit or stand for extended periods of time and anyone with general aches, pains or tension.
Enjoy this treatment in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Hot Stone Massage is an extremely relaxing treatment including a full body custom pressure massage with hot stones incorporated through the entire sequence. Hot stone massage therapy helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. Enjoy this treatment in a 60 or 90 minute session.
SWEDISH
MASSAGE
Swedish massage is the most common utilized modality in massage therapy. Used primarily for relaxation, to promote circulation, flush the circulatory system, release tight muscles, restore range of motion, and to relieve pain and tension. Swedish massage is a great fit for beginners. It’s a great way to gauge your preference of pressure. When you book your monthly massage, you can request a deeper massage for next time. Enjoy this treatment in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
CUPPING THERAPY
(ADD-ON)
Cupping Therapy is a great addition to any massage service. Using a pump, a special suction cup is placed on the skin for a few minutes to create suction and bring stagnant blood to the surface of the skin. It is useful for many purposes, including alleviation of pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
Side effects include bruising, circular suction marks (that may last up to two weeks) and possible sensitivity in the area the cups were applied to. Add this to any massage or receive this service on its own for 30 minutes to selected areas.

FACIAL
This treatment is for skin that is in need of moisture and hydration. A thorough double cleanse, starting with an oil cleanse followed by a skin nourishing green tea cleanser. Depending on the skins needs, we will apply a natural raspberry granular exfoliant, or a tingly fruit enzyme with lots of steam! Enjoy a hand, arm, or foot massage during your steam and exfoliation. Hot towels will be used to remove all products throughout this treatment. A skin analysis and gentle extractions will be done next, pending your skin's needs. A relaxing facial massage with our signature Magic Ice Globes will be used for enhanced bliss and reduction of redness and inflammation. Enjoy a neck, shoulder, and decollete massage while your customized mask is working it’s magic! Finally, all of your serums, moisturizers, and eye creams are applied. Lastly, a mineral water mist is spritzed over the face and chest to lock in moisture!

This treatment is for skin that is in need of a deep cleanse and balanced complexion. A thorough double cleanse, starting with an oil cleanse followed by the skinscript refining raspberry cleanser with salicylic acid. Depending on the skins needs, we will apply a natural raspberry granular exfoliant, or a tingly fruit enzyme with lots of steam! Enjoy a hand, arm, or foot massage during your steam and exfoliation. BACK
FACIAL
The back facial is a 60 minute treatment.
It includes a deep cleansing and exfoliation with steam, followed by a skin analysis with extractions to remove impurities and debris.
It also includes a relaxing massage with hot stones. This treatment is finished with a mask and moisturizer to suit your skins needs. All product is removed with hot towels. Purify, soothe and hydrate!
DERMAPLANING
FACIAL
This is a full facial service and includes a jelly mask and LED light therapy. Dermaplaning does so much more than remove hair from the skin! It's a skin treatment that uses a surgical blade to gently and safely exfoliate dead skin cells and fine facial hair. As one removes the hair and dead skin cells, many quickly notice how much brighter and softer the skin appears. It also creates an ideal canvas for flawless makeup application and helps treatment serums penetrate the skin deeper. It's amazing the amount of fine hair, debris, and dead skin that comes off of the face. Add this treatment to any facial for glowing, smooth skin! This is a 75 minute service.

RED-LIGHT THERAPY
Red LED Light, one of Hollywood’s top beauty secrets, has the ability to reach down into all the layers of the skin where it rejuvenates, stimulates collagen production, prompts cellular repair, and increases circulation promoting a more vibrant and youthful complexion. Red LED lights work synergistically to deliver optimal skin rejuvenation. This combination of LED lights is ideal for deeper lines and wrinkles, scarring, promoting a more even skin tone, and burning fat.
GREEN-LIGHT THERAPY
Green light is absorbed into the skin where it has a calming effect. It helps to lighten hyper-pigmentation spots revealing a brighter complexion.
